 This is a 6 week program that will be split into 2 modules, with the routines intensifying half-way through your program. In addition to your personalized workouts, you will have constant contact with your coach every step of the way. We're here to answer your questions, offer advice, and if necessary, make program modifications along the way. You will also get weekly emails offering encouragement, motivation, nutrition tips, and exercise videos to help you on your journey. Like your results? You can continue on with our coach in a plan that meets your needs.

About your trainer

Scott is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. Scott is passionate about staying young and fit by eating clean (no meat), working out, and running as many local road races as possible.

As a certified R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) instructor, Scott has trained hundreds of women on the comprehensive R.A.D. Systems of Self Defense at Boston University. Scott is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician and is CPR & First Aid certified.
